Information Technology and Electronics

The Information Technology and Electronics Industry includes important manufacturing in electronic computers, semi-conductors and related devices, and electronic components. These industries generate more than 7.9 billion
dollars in value added product and represent as much as 5% of the US market. There are 72,000 workers employed in these industries with employee compensation totalling 4.8 billion dollars.
